Ft. Myers, Fla.— Cameratta Properties, L.P., announces 100% sellout of its first building at High Point Place, the new downtown riverfront tower community. The property, located on West First Street, is one block off McGregor Boulevard, halfway between the Edison/Ford Winter Estates and the downtown entertainment district.

The High Point Place Information Center opened to the public on March 6, 2004 and achieved 100% reservation commitment before the month of March was complete. Conversion from reservation to contract wrapped up in early May with a rate of nearly 90%.

The phase 1 offering was comprised of 105 luxury condominium residences with at least 2,200 square feet of living space and featured assigned parking and storage in the building directly below the residences, guest suites, pool, spa, cabanas, fitness center with sauna, meeting and party rooms and a planned marina. In addition, each home offered an expansive riverfront lanai and a second city view terrace as well as a private elevator lobby.

Construction on High Point Place phase 1 is expected to begin in July of this year and the first residents are scheduled to take occupancy two years from now. High Point Place will soon begin taking reservations for phase 2, its second (and final) riverfront tower.
