Cameratta Properties Presents Crafts on the River

First Street Village, High Point Place Developer sponsors Popular Event at Edison Festival of Light

FORT MYERS, FL--Cameratta Properties, L.P. continues its dedication to Fort Myers' rich cultural heritage and the tradition of the Edison Festival of Light by presenting the Crafts on the River.  The three day juried craft festival will be held at Centennial Park, Friday, February 17 through Sunday, February 19.  Over 100 exhibitors are expected to bring jewelry, quilts, hand-made stationary, pottery, sculptures, decorative accessories and more to the riverfront venue.

Cameratta Properties' Crafts on the River is one of seven major events that make up the annual three week celebration of the life and work of Thomas Edison.  The Edison Festival of Light is comprised of six other major events: Edison Day of Discovery, Light up the Town, Junior Events, 5K Race, Stadium & Fireworks shows and the Grand Parade.   An additional 13 events officially sanctioned by the Edison Festival of Light, will add to the festivities.

"We are happy to be involved this longstanding tradition in the City of Fort Myers," said Cameratta Properties President Ray Blacksmith. "The Edison Festival of Light is the most anticipated event in the city; it brings together the entire community."

Cameratta Properties is currently developing two projects between McGregor Boulevard and the Caloosahatchee River in the Edison-Ford District of Fort Myers, High Point Place  the luxury riverfront condominiums are sold-out and currently under construction, and First Street Village  a mixed-use community that promises to provide an exciting and unique blend of living, working, shopping, and playing all within walking distance.
