Cameratta Properties Announces Acquisition in DeSoto County

5,860 Acres of Land to Be Home to Master Planned Community

(DESOTO COUNTY, Fla.) Cameratta Properties has announced its recent acquisition of 5,860 acres in DeSoto County late last week. The DeSoto County property formerly known as the Carlton 2 x 4 Ranch, is located just south of Arcadia, along two miles of State Road 31 frontage, and is the latest in a series of major development ventures underway for Cameratta Properties in southwest Florida. The nine square mile ranch of citrus, sod and cattle operations shall remain while conceptual planning for a future master planned community is designed.
