Cameratta Properties is a real estate development company specializing in the acquisition, design, and development of master-planned residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities.
Since completing its first residential project, a 19-home development in a Cleveland suburb, Cameratta Properties L.P. has acquired, developed and built more than 430,000 square feet of office and retail space; 21 residential communities, five championship golf courses, clubhouses, country clubs and three banquet facilities. Cameratta Properties is today a recognized industry leader in Ohio and Florida and this is only the beginning.
Recently, Cameratta Properties has been at the forefront of a handful of visionary companies that saw unheard of potential in the Southwest Florida market in general and the Fort Myers River District in particular. That vision has been realized in Cameratta's two Florida flagship projects, High Point Place - five 30+ story condominium towers that top-out as Southwest Florida's tallest buildings and First Street Village - a residential / retail / office mixed-use property just across the street from High Point Place.
First Street Village represents a resurgence of the cosmopolitan lifestyle--the embodiment of new urbanism, envisioned by renowned architect and urban planner Andres Duany, and embraced by the City of Fort Myers. It has been said that First Street Village is the crown jewel of Fort Myers' revitalized River District and that it completes a project begun over a century ago - with the original mixed-use community in Fort Myers' downtown retail, residential and office strip on the district's north side representing the city's commitment to its history and values and First Street Village representing a new commitment to growth and prosperity on the south side.
